I desperately need someone's help. My elderly housebound father has no landline at present with the "online chat service" informing me, after 50 minutes online, that the issue had been escalated to the Welfare Team and received this email:
Hello,
We have raised the Welfare emergency case, you will get an update by next 24 working hours and we will get it fixed.Thanks,

I have received no communication from the Welfare Team, have no method of contacting them and it is now 24 hours after receipt of this email and still no update or repair.
The issues with the landline have been ongoing since 19 March 2023.
Please can someone help me by advising how I can reach this Welfare Team,
