Digital Voice incoming call issue

I have a similar issue. BT originally wanted to switch me to DV in middle of March, haven't been able to receive incoming calls since beginning of May. Spoken numerous times to the help desk, constantly been lied too. The latest conversation told I was told that BT doesn't have a complaints team!!
