Hi, tried to rescan my WiFi channels and it seems that 2.4Ghz has gone down. In Hub Manager it's grey rather than blue and Netfix on my Sky Q box cannot connect. I've restarted and switched off and on again but it hasn't helped.

I should point out that the issue remained after I saved the changes.
Try a factory reset. Press the button for about 20 seconds until the lights flash.
Netflix has started working now but Hub still in the same state as tge image. Will a factory reset change tge hub name or any passwords?
Only if you have changed them from the original factory settings.
