Hello, I Have BT Hub 3 and I want to use it as a wifi router , i have an internet provider who provides me internet through ethernet on PPPOE(Point to Point Protocol Over Ethernet) So How Can I Connect My BT hub 3 to my ethernet network , i have username and password provided by my ISP

You can't, the PPPoE credentials are locked to BT and are not configurable

Find something better, the Home Hub 3 was released years back, it's outdated compared to todays standards, it belongs in a museum.
Try looking on the BT shop for the latest broadband and wi-fi equipment, visit www.shop.bt.com
