Since the last few weeks when my Hybrid Connect reboots itself usually after 6 days, it’s not now connecting to the internet. I have to manually switch the hub off and on again for it to work. It’s been fine before this when it rebooted all the lights are fine and suggests it’s connected to 4g and to the hub
Any ideas?

I was thinking of the hybrid unit but I guess either could cause a problem.
Have you tried switching both off at the same time and restarting or doing a factory reset on either/both of them and starting again from scratch
I've tried switch them both off and the hybrid re connects fine, its just the 6 day soft boot that seems to be failing - I use 4G as the landline is unreliable due to where I live.
I've not tried a factory reset, would you suggest that?
A factory reset is usually the first thing I try if a restart doesn't work, it doesn't always resolve the problem but I would say that more often than not, it does
so if I do a reset will this make the hybrid lose its connection with the hub and I'll need to re connect it
That's correct, you'll have to set it up from scratch again which can be off putting to some people but if you don't try then you'll not know
