@andreaferns120472  Thanks for the update. You’ve  been moved over to Digital Voice so my last posting is irrelevant. Seems like you’ll need to keep pushing BT to get this resolved. And apart from all the stuff that’s been said previously there’s little else I can add.

@andreaferns120472  Ok, just a thought. Have you got a spare micro filter lying around?

If so, try un clipping the front of the NTE 5 to reveal the test socket behind it. Plug the micro filter into that. And the small cable connector (not the phone) from the SH2 into the micro filter. If you’ve got a spare thin black cable for the SH2 to the NTE 5 connection, then replace that too..Keep it like that for a day or two and see how things go.

Between them the BT and Openreach engineers should’ve already eliminated an issue with the NTE 5 and the cable - which is what you’re doing here - but you never know. And it’s something you can try very easily.
