Business hub 5 asking to log in to WiFi

Please can someone help.

When I log onto Wifi it is asking to log on like its connecting to an Openreach router (it isn't)

It is also not a smart hub and thus it cant be the smart access feature.

This is driving us all insane and the WiFi is next to useless. Having to only use PC's connected via ethernet. BT hub is sat with steady blue light.

Unable to log on to that website. Also it is a Wifi issue, I don't see why it would need to specifically on the Business help section.

 

everything is just made needlessly complicated when it comes to business

Because there is no expertise on business products on this forum. You wouldn't ask about a Ford problem on a Vauxhall forum.

The business hubs are usually different to the home hubs,  your problem as described appears to be the WiFi on your business hub.
