Hello, guys.
My name's Gabriel and I need your support.
Before I say my problem,I need to say that i did the following:
- Read the forum and did all the settings.
- Factory reset the router and setup up trough PPPOE with "bthomehub@btbroadband.com" and as password " BT" (A few times)
- Power cycle the router a few times.
- Upgraded to the latest firmware and repeated all the steps from above.
I have this router for 2 years with no problems, I just moved to a new property yesterday and I had to change the network provider as well and I can't seem to make this router to work with BT. I have no ideea what else to do.
I'm up to any suggestions and thank you in advance for all your help.

by white box do you mean ONT? if so are the lights as shown below? have you arranged a new broadband package with BT?
In the Master Socket 5C. This one dosen't have lights.
Has your service been activated, does the BT hub work?
Yes, i even had a technician this morning, he checked the wires from the white box and then he connected his laptop to it with his own router and said that everything is working perfectly.
try connecting the SH2 to the master socket and see if you now get internet connection showing line working. if ok then problem with asus and the setup
I'll try that tomorrow, the router will arrive tomorrow. I just wanted to see If I can make this router so I can have Internet faster.
If you're connecting to the 5C box then you'll be needing a modem/router or a separate modem as the Asus is an RT device not a DSL device.
Doh, missed it was the RT, well spotted
Everyone's allowed an off day , heaven knows I've had a few 🙄
