Cannot connect to Netgear Wifi Router

Oh, so need to change to UK in the setting. 

I think the digital voice come as a BT package, although I have never use it or connect it.

If you wish to use Digital Voice, you HAVE to use the BT hub.

There are ways to also connect a second router in conjunction wit the hub, but that is more complicated

Good question.

If so, there is another option for third party routers. That is discussed elsewhere in this community.

Even if they don't have it now, the issue probably will come up again some time. But that may required a different BT Hub.

All we know is that @3465TYP had a BT modem connect to BT Hub Router 

That second box could be one of several thing, not all of them Digital Voice capable.
