Re: Cannot log into BT Home hub

Try entering 192.168.1.254 instead of bthomehub.home

Re: Cannot log into BT Home hub

Try a factory reset of the hub, solves most problems.

Re: Cannot log into BT Home hub

It may be that the browsers are blocking it because it is "not secure".

Open the browser, in the address bar, type the URL of the hub. If the website is marked as "not secure," you should see a warning message that says "Not Secure" or "Website Not Secure." Tap on the warning message to expand it and if there is an option to go to site select it.

Re: Cannot log into BT Home hub

@Tally1001

Are you running a VPN because it's not unusual for a VPN to by default prevent access to the local network devices.

If I run up my Kaspersky VPN I get exactly the same errors as you do. Note that Kaspersky does not allow access to local devices full stop.
