I have 3 BT Premium Whole Home WiFi discs. When I first installed them, I could access the web portal, view my network etc. ( http://btwhole.home ).
I recently unplugged/disconnected them all for a short period of time. Now they are reinstalled, all connected, all blue, all working fine. However, I can no longer access the web portal. I have forgotten the SSID on my devices, switched off the wifi, reconnected anew and have not changed any settings on my PC. I continue to get this error message. Any ideas?
Check if there is a typo in btwhole.home.
What router are you using?
I've had similar problems with the SH2, try powering it down for about 30 seconds or so before powering it up again.
Also make sure so-called 'Smart Setup' is disabled, it's really not that smart and can cause lots of problems.
