Complete Wifi
Hi Guys
Technical type question.
Looking at extending my wifi range within the house as in one room I only get a 46% signal. If I was to use complete wifi would this just extend the current wifi with its existing IP subnets or would it create a new IP subnet?
Thanks

Re: Complete Wifi
Hi @DeaneM Complete WiFi extends your current WiFi. Same SSID, Password and DCHP as the SH2.

Re: Complete Wifi
What hub do you have? Because I have had a boiler installed in my loft when I had a Hub 6 and the wi-fi thermostat had flaky connection frequently dropping out. Since I had the latest Hub 2 it seems more powerful with no drop out of connection between boiler and thermostat over the past 12 months.

Re: Complete Wifi
Smart Hub 2.
Issue is I only get a 46% signal strength in the back room, most things cope with this, just the label printer will not connect

Re: Complete Wifi
You will need to go into the hub manager, wireless and advanced, the details for how to connect are on the back of the hub or call BT and they can help you with this
