I have just installed my replacement BT Smart Hub and successfully connected by ethernet cable to my 2 laptops and printer.
Now I want to connect the 3 BT Wi-Fi discs I have.
These do not have a QR code, only an older style barcode.
I have the WholeHome app on my phone (already connected to the new Wi-Fi), but I cannot get past the part where it wants me to scan the QR code (don’t have one).
Where do I go from here?
Regards Penny

Hi @PJStockley, sorry you're having a problem trying to get the Whole Home Wifi (WHW) discs to connect to the the replacement hub.
If you're still having this issue it would be best to give the WHW helpdesk a call on 0808 100 6116. It's open Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm and Sat 9am to 2pm and they'll be able to help you resolve this.
cheers
John
Good suggestion, but incorrect.
They say they can't help with these older discs, "as we don’t look after the BT Complete Wi-Fi discs ".
I have to contact the customer service team on 0800 800 150
If they're the black discs then you need the my bt app, it updates if you have the subscription
Hi @PJStockley, sorry about that. As they are complete wifi have a look at this video which will help you set them up.
