FTTP - whatsapp dropping audio

Hi, we've got a FTTP connection with the following speeds;

upload - 51.3 mbps

download 310 mbps

ping 22 ms

jitter 0.52 ms

packet loss 0

Internet browsing seems to work fine but whatsapp calls frequently cut out or audio drops.  It happens across multiple devices.  Any suggestions on what could be causing the issue.

How are you measuring your speeds/stats(device/connection) and which device is having WhatsApp problems?

Hi,  the stats came from an ipad running Speedtest app.   The devices having issues are Samsung telephones and Apple iPhones.
