I've recently had full fibre installed. My router was located in the living room - middle floor of a 3 storey house. It is now on my bottom floor because open reach said it couldnt be installed in the living room. Whilst speeds are good my signal now drops on the top floor. Anyone else had this problem and how did you resolve it?
I know you can buy boosters but I am trying to appeal to BT to resolve this by providing one free to boost my signal to what it was pre full fibre installation.
