Same with me over WiFi But with a direct Ethernet connection with CAT 6 cable I got 940 down / 115 up
Direct ethernet connection doesn't solve a poor wifi problem.
Great if you're in the vicinity of the router but that's about it.
The 2019 SH2 is a poor choice for 900mbps.
BT really need to offer a wifi 6/7 router for these packages
Most devices that would benefit from a router with higher speed Wi-Fi should still be connecting to the router with a 2x2 Wi-Fi 5 sync at up to 866Mbps. If devices don't have such a connection they'd probably not benefit fully from a Wi-Fi 6 or 7 router.
*Actually slightly shocked, having just replaced a tablet that the new one is only 1x1 Wi-Fi 5 (it's in the specs), but for what it's used for that's more than good enough!
I'm using the TP-Link Deco XE75 instead of the Smart Hub 2. I'm find it to be a bit stronger.
