I think i may have a problem with my hub.I can't connect to the internet via the ethernet cable on my desktop or my laptop,I've changed the cable to a new one but i still can't connect.I'm on my laptop using wi fi at the moment.I've tried all the connection sockets on the hub but still wont connect,troubleshooter is of no help.Any help appreciated,does it sound like a hub issue.

Have you tried a hub reset? Probably best with factory reset by pressing recessed button on back and hold 20/30 secs until lights flash and hopefully that will clear the problem

Thanks to those who left messages,appreciated.I seem to have it sorted,my ivpn subscription had expired on 3rd Jan.Don't recall seeing any reminders,however i renewed my subscription & everything appears to be working again,i understand why the vpn wasn't working but don't understand why the connection didn't just revert to a normal non vpn connection.That said everything appears to be ok now.
