How do I get a domain removed from BT DNS blacklist?

I have just checked and Avast and Malwarebytes blocked your original site.

No issues with the second one you posted.

This is a total nightmare!

I'm completely stuck on what to do. Have any of you experienced this before? I don't know who to contact now if you believe it's not a BT problem. 

I can access the site fine via 5g so I'm thinking the domain isn't completely blacklisted. 

Any help or guidance is really appreciated.

Our domain (gamma.app) is having a similar issue. DNS doesn't resolve at all.
