I recently set up Hybrid Connect as per instructions and everything tested OK. The first time it was needed the lights around EE just flashed red. It is connected to the hub via cable, there are two blue stripes. The flashing red lights indicate that it can’t connect to 4G, but my mobile has a good connection in the same spot.
Any suggestions?
