Hybrid Connect

Go to solution

We have Hybrid Connect. When the broadband goes down, the EE hub lights up white with 2 bars. The problem is that our computers do not find it. Should they see it as the original BT hub or as something else? I thought that Hybrid connect was meant to switch over seamlessly.

Re: Hybrid Connect

Your computers don't need to find the Hybrid Connect device directly - they'll continue to connect to the BT Smart Hub 2, which itself will route the internet traffic via the mobile network instead. The light on your Smart Hub will turn purple when this is happening.
