Hi,
I am attempting to connect a new Nest Doorbell to my network - it connects no problem but when it gets to testing the video stream, it will only show as offline, as if it is being blocked.
The router is a Smart Hub 2.
I have tried restarting and resetting both router and doorbell but with the same result each time. I have also tried doing this right next to the router so it is not a proximity issue.
Any ideas as to what is going on and how I might solve this would be hugely appreciated!
