You need to make sure that your phone/tablet/ computer is connected to the Orbi Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi name and password will be on a sticker on the Orbi router.
Once connected use the smart set up wizard on the Orbi app to connect to the BT FTTP using the credentials shown at the start of this thread.

@Giranimax i don’t know if you’re still having the same problem. Are you using a web browser or app when you get the error? I’d be tempted to factory reset the Orbi router (skip if you don’t want to to begin with), disconnect (forget) from the existing WiFi, connect to the Orbi WiFi, if using a browser connect to Orbi and login as admin otherwise start the Orbi app. Go through the set up process as a router not access point. If you’re not offered the setup I’d factory reset the Orbi router. Don’t worry about the satellites they can be added later.
