New Hub issues

Hello, 
I have just moved to BT Fibre from Plusnet non fibre. 
All my equipment at home worked perfectly, now on the new Hub I’m having issues with some. 
I have 2 fire sticks and 2 Smart TV’s which I can no longer use Netflix or iPlayer on. 
I can however watch Youtube and Disney on the Firestick. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated. BT online chat was utterly useless.

Factory reset everything to clear out any previous settings and set up everything from scratch again.

Make sure web protect is turned off.
