I am unsure how to get in contact with them as it asks me to create an account, when I try to log in with the account I am writing on right now.

How is it you're trying to get in touch @Aerolyte?

You might need to use the details for your broadband account, and not your Community account when you do so.

Alternatively, if you give us a call, the team can help, but you will need to be the account holder, or an authorised third party, to be able to discuss the account.

If you know how to, log into your Router and turn off the 5GHz wireless network and see if your PC stays connected for longer.

If it does, then the issue is likely to be the PC losing the wireless connection on one frequency and then not being able to reconnect
