You might need to use the details for your broadband account, and not your Community account when you do so.

Ah okay, in that case I will have to ask my father about it
Alternatively, if you give us a call, the team can help, but you will need to be the account holder, or an authorised third party, to be able to discuss the account.

If you know how to, log into your Router and turn off the 5GHz wireless network and see if your PC stays connected for longer.
If it does, then the issue is likely to be the PC losing the wireless connection on one frequency and then not being able to reconnect
