Nope, I bought a disc from Ebay to make the wifi go a bit further in my place and it shows up fine in the app!
Which way did you set it up? I did it via the set up wizard.
Does it show up when you go to the "My Devices" on the smarthub page at 192.168.1.254? It should show up there even if it doesn't on the BT app.
