Wifi blocking some websites & email,but on ethernet works

I have a similar issue.  I have a website, it is being blocked on the BT network but not on other networks.

I don't have parental controls on or use BT DNS and the site works fine for me.

Just a friendly reminder that we advise not to share third‑party shopping or promotional links on the Community, so I've removed it, but made a note of this at our end. 

We’ve tested the site over a BT connection, and it loads normally, so it doesn’t appear to be blocked unless this is being flagged by parental controls.

It’s worth checking the steps shared by @licquorice, as they may help with what you’re seeing on your side.
