when I go to BT Smart Assistant

and run a test, test results say "Your broadband is slow or unstable and this might be caused by your set-up"

However I have both a BT engineer and Openreach engineer visit my property and they have said everything is working properly!

No problem, but now when I go to the hub manager 192.168.1.254 I get an error page 

400 Bad Request

No request found.

connection stability issues

when I go to BT Smart Assistant

I am getting this message (attaching screen shot) I have restarted Smarthub but still same message!   Any ideas?
