Hi all
We have been "upgraded" to the new Smart Hub 3, which is refusing to talk to any of our Windows 10 PCs, unilaterally. We have 3 Windows 11 computers, and lots of older Macbooks and iMacs which connect with no problem - but something about the wifi connection is not working with any Windows 10 device.
I am the in-house IT and have run all the usual connection troubleshooting routines, but no juice.
Has anyone else had this issue at all? We are a small charity and really cannot afford to replace half of our IT because of the Smart Hub

Sorry, I posted in the wrong Community - I'm both a home and a Business customer, different accounts!
As a short term work around you could always use a separate access point for your W10 machines until you get a proper solution. Reusing an old WiFi router as just an AP, or buying an AP off an auction site (often <£10) are options that don't involve huge expenditure.
So will Domestic subscribers get Smart Hub 3 or will we for forced to move to EE?
