Newbie here.
How do I update the firmware for my Smart Hub 2 which appears to have an old version and shows "undefined" where it should show date of latest update. It has been up and running (very slowly) for 10 days.

You can't.
Try a full factory reset via the recessed button and then leave it connected to automatically update

That doesn't sound like Smart Hub 2 firmware, are you sure it is a SH2?
