Failing that, do you have any old kit from previous ISP's? if so you could turn the hub 2.4 off and use your old kit, set to channel 3, as a wireless access point. One benefit of that would be that you would then have separate 2.4 and 5GHz networks instead of the combined network which often causes problems

Cheers @Les-Gibson   The only old kit is a Smarthub2 so I doubt that could be fixed in 3. I’ve also got a tplink extender which I’ll have a try with. Thanks for your help too.
