Sricam not connecting

Have recently moved to BT

Since moving over, I'm unable to set up my cameras using WiFi

Comes up with the message unable to connect network busy 

They're Sricam. Can connect using Ethernet cable but some of them are nowhere near the hub so that's not an option for all of them

Have read through earlier posts regarding similar problem but it's gone straight over my head understanding it all

Have a bt smart hub 2

Hi, @Muppet72 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, some devices find it hard connecting to dual-band wifi routers when they both broadcast the same SSID.

I'd recommend turning off the 5Ghz wifi channel in your hub settings, connect your cameras to the Smart Hub 2 then go back into the settings and turn on the 5Ghz wifi again.
