Stopping people using wifi

The OP is not complaining about lack of access in order to change his password. He is complaining that the wireless access/pause controls do not work as stated by BT.

Is there any evidence that the unwanted device is actually doing anything during these paused times? So the device may be paused but appears to be connected.
