Well that might change as there is supposed to be an internet connected freeview service that is coming out next year!
Freely it is called. Initially it will only be available on Smart TVs but hopefully they will fetch it out on boxes too. It will be able to work on any internet connection, so you won't need to pay extra for a TV service.

Just a thought, is it possible for the SH20A router to use the 4g mini hub to connect to the broadband?
The issue is that BT/EE TV via a Youview box is delivered by multicast & that can only be provided over a BT/EE broadband connection. Mobile devices can't provide that.
Your subscription is also unique to your connection, so can't be watched anywhere else, even on another BT/EE connection.
As already mentioned, this doesn't apply to streaming apps.
There is no way to use the mini hub with the Smart Hub 2.
