Hello,
I have FTTP 500 MB BT fibre on my TP Link Archer AX 50, am getting slow speeds and I'm unsure why.
Doing a download test on a device on the network at a quiet time, I am getting 1.83mb down and 18.1 up. I have disabled QoS on the router as some say this can cause an issue. The router has been rebooted several times but hasn't been reset to factory settings for a few months. No errors, criticals or alerts in the log.
Is this a known issue with replacing the BT Hub? What troubleshooting steps could I take?
Thanks.
The graph is showing usage, not speed, and is in MegaBytes.
Which means that at the peak speed you're getting just under your package max of 500Mbps.
