The issue is I don’t have a device that is hard wired to the internet other than my Xbox. Can I open a web browser on the Xbox and run the test?

I don't know where the server is located, so I can't comment on ping, doesn't seem bad though. Everything else looks great.
As I say, have a few games of something else and see if you notice that same lag.
