If you have FTTP your broadband doesn't come via the NTE5c, you should have a fibre modem (ONT).
Can't see how the Smart hub2 works if connected to the 5c if you have FTTP.

That doesn't mean you have FTTP, it just changes LAN port 4 to a WAN port.
What download speed do you get with the Hub, that will indicate what service you have.
Well like I’ve suggested , I have no idea how I’d even know. I have the master socket 5c on my wall and that’s it? I don’t know if that suggests I have FTTP or not
130mbps , my internet now won’t connect at all on my bt router, so somethings obviously wrong now but wasn’t earlier
If you normally get 130Mbs, then that is G.fast, and the VR600 is incompatible with that.
Right, if you are getting 130M you either have G.Fast and your vr600 won't work or you really do have FTTP.
Surely you must know if you have a full fibre ONT?
