If you have change the DNS settings on a Windows PC, then you will need to implement the change by opening a command prompt and then input ipconfig /flushdns then press enter.
I have no idea what the issue is, but it must be related to your account settings.

I've been looking into this to see if it's a platform issue at our side but it isn't.
As that's the case, it's most likely a local issue either at your end or else there could be a fault.

Hello, I contacted BT again through the website and got some tech support. They asked me to unplug everything from the wired ports, they reset the router and the connection. This has fixed my problem connecting to websites. Thank you for the help.
The problem has now returned yesterday. I will unplug everything and reset the router to see if this helps.
