Are you sure you are entering the WiFi password and not the admin password?

It's not clear, have you had the new Hub set up to have the same name and password as your old hub?  If so, double check in the hub settings that you have entered the correct password and saved it.

If you have not changed the Hub to be the same as your old hub it may be that the hub you have received is a refurbished model and it has been set with the incorrect password. You could try a factory reset of the hub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds.

Once it has restarted use the pull out card on hub to select the correct SSid (name) and wireless password when you connect.
