Wi Fi Speed

are the speeds advertised for Ethernet cable only. I get 515mbps when corrected by cable but average 150mb Wi-Fi this the speed I was getting, I’m doing the text next to the router, I’ve reset, spoke to 3 different agents who have changed my frequency and etc I have gained nothing but an increased bill with this upgrade any one got any tips ?

Re: Wi Fi Speed

The speeds you get quoted are the speeds delivered to your hub. Wifi speeds can vary dramatically depending on many variables but I’d say the speeds you’re seeing are par for the course.

Re: Wi Fi Speed

Hi @Jmanor and welcome back.

Good to see you again.  @ctrlz is correct. There are a lot of different factors that can affect the wireless connection including device spec etc.

Cheers

David
