Wi-Fi discs
Help, total nightmare for three months since new contract. Have new EE router and EE extender disc. 4G box (BT) tools three months to arrive and then it reluctantly connected. However, have three black BT extender discs and then all refuse to connect to the hub by any means. They can’t all be faulty so there must be something else going on. Help please as now driven to despair…

Re: Wi-Fi discs
Pretty sure the BT discs don't work with EE Hubs.

Re: Wi-Fi discs
Thanks, nothing would surprise me with BT anymore after what I’ve been through…

Re: Wi-Fi discs
Thanks for coming to the community.
Which EE router are you using?
You can also ask the EE Community for advice if you now have an EE Broadband account.

Re: Wi-Fi discs
Thanks @tedtomhayden
If the discs are not working with the new router, please get in touch with EE and the team will see what options are available for you.
Leanne.
