The QR code isn't the wifi password, no idea how you managed to connect other devices with it. Are you sure youy are entering the wifi password manually and not the admin password.

Are you sure its your hub that the TV is seeing and not a neighbour's?

I don’t know if I can post the image here. On the router, there is a QR code on top, followed by network name and then network password.

When I connected my mobile phone, I scanned QR code with my camera and it automatically picked the network and password.

When I try connecting my TV I search for wireless network, select the right one and then enter password manually. But it doesn’t connect, I get the error message saying,

“automatic IP setup failed. Try the following to set up an IP address automatically. Or, set up an IP address manually by selecting IP settings.
-Make sure the DHCP server is enabled on your wireless router and turn it off and on.
-Contact your internet provider for more information. “

I have checked and rechecked, and network/password is correct.

You can use the camera icon to post a picture if you are using the desktop version of the forum, but it is not available on the mobile version.

I assume the router is not a BT hub.

Your last post seems to indicate the TV is connecting to the wifi but not getting an IP address for some reason.

Make sure your TV is set to obtain an IP address automatically or alternatively enter an IP address manually.

For a BT hub, use 192.168.1.10 Gateway 192.168.1.254 Subnet mask 255.255.255.0 if its a third party router it might be different. If you post the IP address of any device connected, we can advise the settings.

Ok, so the settings I posted should work but if not try 192.168.1.1 as the gateway.
