@Les-Gibson  I think you are barking up the wrong tree, the OP has a good sync speed to the hub, it is download speed that is the problem. It is more than likely simply congestion, or possibly a faulty hub.

faulty hub: replacing should sort out the problem

congestion: is there any solution to this?
