WiFi Disc

My WiFi disc which was working perfectly until recently.  The light stays on red., I tried a complete reset and gone through the connection instructions via the BT app.  It goes through the necessary steps.  Buy as soon as I get to the unplug the disc from mains the light goes back to red and doesn't go blue.

Hey @Bluemoon1,

It sounds like you have tried the recommended steps already of factory resetting the disc, so if it is still showing solid red once you have set it back up and plugged it back in, then it will be best to reach out to our technical team on 0330 1234 150 and they should be able to help resolve it.

Is this WiFi disc a black one (BT's "Complete WiFi") or a white one ("Wholehome WiFi").
BT will offer support for issues with the black discs supplied by them, but won't do so for issues with the white discs - which are all privately purchased

@Alex_H  Thanks got a new one from BT and set it up all working as should..
