Seems to be a common issue, but cannot find any solution and bt are useless.
They just keeping me me replacement hardware, which doesn't help.
The engineers just reconnect it, say it's fine, then the same thing happens after they leave.
I have 2 discs, and it now seems that if get 1 of them to connect then the other one will disconnect.
I tried disabling smart connect but didn't help.
Which discs do you have, the Black Complete WIFI ones?
