I have a Smart Hub 2, I have quite a good download speed but I am having connection stability issues. I have unplugged all equipment and BT has refreshed the line but same problem. any ideas?

Is the connection dropping out entirely when you are having issues or are things just running slowly? Does the issue generally resolve itself after waiting a bit? How often are the issues happening?
Our forum experts may be able to offer some additional advice, but if not it may be worth getting back in touch with our technical team when you have a chance, to run some further diagnostics.

my wifi on devices shows full bars but sometimes around morning/luchtime when I try to access for example netflix on ipad/iphone, or on my TV, it says not connected to internet.
