Sorry we couldn't get there a bit sooner.  I should have thought of the phone socket being a single.  The more modern ones have the two ports built-in and don't need the microfilter.

Not a question of modern or not, the NTE 5c is the most up to date version of NTE but still comes in 2 varieties of faceplate.

Must admit I assumed it would be the filtered faceplate version the OP had.
