Activating discovery plus

Can't help but feel this TNT merger thing was not explained to customers properly,

 

I see we now need to be signed on to discovery plus to access TNT content?

 

I cannot for the life of me see where to activate discovery plus. I have read all the threads on it so it is not in the my product place or my home page it's just not there..

are you using a pc/laptop  to access MYBT as that is preferred method to activate

No please,

Although makes no difference when I switch to "desktop site" on my phone

 

From the other threads does not look like using a laptop/pc was crucial to the activation?

I'm not entirely sure what process an old monthly pass is supposed to follow, but have you tried the second option here?
https://www.bt.com/sport/discovery-plus
Worst case scenario, it'll just tell you to use MyBT anyway.

Does not work please,

Been trying that all day and just tried it now. It takes me to the discovery plus activate page. I click on activate now, it takes me to my BT sport home page and that is about it

Please could someone kindly respond to this please?

 

I cannot activate discovery plus and the BT sport app is closing down soon.

 

Also want to be able to watch the Adesanya fight this weekend

You said it takes you to "my BT Sport home page". What is that?

From a PC, log into www.bt.com/mybt (using the same account you log into BT Sport with) and look for an "activate discovery+" tile. If you don't see it there, select "Your products" at the top. Then either the TV or Sport sections in there. One of those screens should show the option to activate discovery+.

This is a customer help customer forum and you post does not go to BT.  everyone here apart from mods is a customer just like you and repliy as and when they decide they can help
