So spent almost 4 hours of my time over 2 calls and no progress made.
I will most likely cancel, thanks for all your help but don't think its worth the headache this has given me in the last three weeks.
I think its the way it was advertised as being "no big whoop", "new name, same great sports" that has grated me the most over the last three weeks.
A quick look at your account @Iamzlatan and I can see you're a monthly pass subscriber. To activate your discovery+ account, you should be using https://www.bt.com/sport/activate-discovery-plus/ but I can't see any attempts on your account to use it? Could you give it a try and let me know if you see an error code.

I can confirm this was the case.
Monthly pass subscribers should use the link you sent.
It was the same one tech support gave me and they said that was the issue. I as a monthly pass holder was trying the regular activation link.
I’m having the same problem. Just going around in circles from My BT to Discovery+ to MY BT to Discovery+. Tried to contact BT but no options available to look at Sports, just did a test on my Braodband! Got Discovery+ Chat but they just said they are US based and can’t help. Then sent me a link for Discovery + Chat US!
Have seen a message on BT Page saying the Link fro Discovery + activation is down so please try again in 30 mins but that disappeared after about 1 hour and I can’t find the page now. Has anyone managed to resolve this?
