I feel like I’m missing something really obvious here so I’m hoping someone can help!
So…..I’m on a rolling contract for BT Sport and I cancelled it while the World Cup was on. I re-activated it this afternoon and paid the bill and my account is showing that I now have BT sport etc but when I try and log into the app, it’s giving me ID003 as a problem and ‘my ID isn’t linked to this account’ but I literally haven’t changed anything since I used BT sport over a month ago…..
Please help, I’m feeling a bit silly! Thanks I’m advance 🙂
